Razor’s Edge pop-up barbershop, National Galleries of Scotland

This project came from an exhibition about men’s fashion and the historical representations of masculinity . The galleries Outreach team came up with the brilliant idea of creating a live barbershop in the Portrait Gallery and using it as a site for interviews with young men. I designed the publicity and the barbershop set for the event, complete with two-way mirrors and peep holes for (authorised!) filming.
